Who May Request Assistance?
The Foundation’s programs are designed around critical housing needs affecting veterans, seniors, individuals with disabilities and vulnerable families. Requests are reviewed according to applicable program requirements, urgency, funding, project scope, geographic service capacity and available resources.

What Happens After You Submit a Request?
- Submit the application with accurate information about your household and repair need.
- Eligibility Review – The Foundation reviews the request based on program requirements, urgency, funding, location and available resources.
- Property Assessment – Approved applicants may receive an assessment to confirm the condition, project scope and safety priorities.
- Project Coordination – The Foundation coordinates available materials, labor, volunteers, contractors, scheduling and project oversight.
- Repair Completion – Approved work is completed, documented and reviewed against the identified repair scope.
