Request Accessibility Assistance
If your home has accessibility barriers that affect safety or daily living, submit a Request Assistance application. Include details about the barriers, the household’s needs and any relevant photographs requested by the application.
Submitting an application does not guarantee approval or service. Applications are reviewed according to eligibility, urgency, funding, project scope, geographic capacity and available resources.
